All purchases made include a CanWest Aerospace Certificate of Conformity, free of charge. If you require an addition certificate, including a manufacturer's certificate, those options will be listed on the individual product pages.
All orders can be paid for online, using either Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal (coming soon).
If you wish to pay by bank deposit, you can select the "Bank Deposit" option during checkout and detailed instructions will be emailed to you after. An additional $25USD fee must be manually added to the total amount to cover our processing fees.
Even though CanWest Aerospace is a Canadian company, a large majority of the manufacturers and suppliers we deal with are based in the United States. The volatility of the Canadian Dollar means that we would have to adjust pricing multiple times per day, which is neither cost effective or efficient. Instead, we utilize a real-time app that displays the US Dollar price in the local currency.
As many of our customers are either international, or accustomed to purchasing in US Dollars, we want to make the process as seamless as possible. At any time, you can change the currency displayed on the website to either your local currency, an international currency, or US Dollars.
In order to mitigate fraudulent purchases, all transactions are reviewed automatically by a third-party provider. Based on a wide range of factors, this third-party will either approve or decline your transaction. We are not involved in their decision making process and cannot comment on how they reach decisions to approve or deny transactions.
Yes! International shipping is only restricted by our dealership agreements, in which case, we will not be able to ship either a specific line or a specific product to your country. Any purchases made that are restricted by our dealership agreements will be cancelled and refunded.
